2. Chairmans Report
John discussed various issues that have arisen since the club AGM. Main points related to
numerous complaints received from one or two age groups, in particular the Ladies adult teams,
relating to the perceived high cost of fees within the club.
John had considered leaving the Chair post in the last few months as a result of all the issues,
and proceeded to run through the various things he has delivered for the club. All accepted John
has been a stalwart of the club over recent years and appreciated what he has delivered, these
including:
Fancy Dress fundraising, Quiz Nights, FA Grants for goals, Compound completion over Hinks.
Improved relationship with TPC, Hinks resurfacing etc.
Tim handed out a 2010/11 costs projection which highlights the fine line between surplus and potential
deficit each year. We are currently running at approx £1,179 surplus this year, albeit this is likely to
reduce once additional unforseen costs are factored in. Those present for the Ladies side accepted the
points made and accepted the £75 season fee appeared reasonable. In future we need to consider
moving Ladies teams over to a more self sufficient process as per the other adult sides.
Overall John was happy with the clubs progress. Hinks Marking planned for Thursday 7th Oct, all
age groups should be represented who will be playing over there.
Thanks to Tim for the new website, the club incurring a small charge to cover set up costs, however well worth it.
3. Secretarys Report
Minimal to discuss with a few fines received and forwarded to relevant teams for payment.
Thanks to Ray Watling who has agreed to help John and Tim out with the Secretarys role for 2010/11
season.
4. Treasurer
Numerous registrations were forwarded to Sarah on the night. All now appears to be in with the
exception of a few Ladies subs. Ross confirmed these will follow shortly.
5. Web/Press
Good feedback for the website. Tim encouraged everyone to sign up for the clubs facebook page via
our website. This is a useful way of reminding everyone of upcoming events, therefore we want as
many players/parents etc on board.
All teams also asked to check their team pages for photos, reports, training venues etc - Inform Tim
if updates needed.
6. Coaching Dev
Graeme Davies detailed a successful meeting he had just had with Craig Terrington, County FA FDO
with regards future development of players and coaches within TFC. There are various initiatives
that County FA can assist us with including :
FA Skills Team involvement, County FA Rep attending a committee meeting, Club/age specific training,
Club specific sports injuries course, Tactics session, Goalkeepers course and free level 2/3 options.
Graeme will keep us all updated with developments in this field.

Ladies training discussed post meeting. Agreed for Ross to look into costs for alternative training
facilities for the ladies and report back to Tim with findings. Club will help out if possible (cost
permitting) with Felthorpe proving tricky due to space required. Action - Ross Welch
Ross Welch mentioned his sponsor Happy Snaps could provide TFC branded accessories, such as
mouse mats, mugs, pictures for team squads etc. They are keen to discount these and provide
the club with some kickback financially. Speak to Ross if interested in this. Flyer handed round.
