2. Chairmans Report
John welcome some new faces to the meeting, notably Vince and Mike who will be involved with next seasons u14b and u16 resp. Jonny Adams was also in attendance who is supporting Steve Oleary with u7's.

Taverham Parish Council (TPC) have agreed to provide some signage around the perimeter of Hinks Meadow to inform youths/visitors that the pitch facilities are private. Sam within TPC sorting this out for us.

Felthorpe training will cease w.e.f end May 2011. Paid for training for all age groups will finish from this date.

Email issued to all by John re end of season Trophies, Ely Trophies will supply standard trophies again this season. Thanks to Tim for arranging the club presentation day at the FDC in Bowthorpe in May.

Longdale, School and Felthorpe keys require returning to John for those not using these facilities in future. ACTION

Well done to u9, u13 A & B who have won their resp. leagues this season. Special praise for u9's who also won the league cup.

Thanks to Dave Canham for doing great job with fixtures .. keep up good work next season !!

U13b manager Michael Waterson standing down at end of season, Vince to replace him - Vince actively looking to attract some new players, more to follow on this. This leaves Youth Sec position vacant on committee. ACTION

Kev Bassham to complete Hinks compound flooring and posts ACTION

Vacancies for committee need filling at the AGM - these Treasurer, Yth Secretary and Gen Secretary. Job profiles requested by Kev Bassham to forward onto all parents who are interested. ACTION TIM

Tim passed out information regarding 2011/12 training at FDC, Bowthorpe. Most happy, couple of queries which were resolved post meeting. All info to be posted on website for reference.

Tim passed out information regarding 2011/12 match venues. Mainly Hinks, with few at Felthorpe.

Tim passed out timetable for FDC presentation day. Small number of teams doing their own thing which was noted as disappointing.

3. Secretary's Report
Included within above with no secretary currently within club.

4. Treasurer

Payments received from u13b and u11a for some outstanding subs, further payment still o/s u11a.

Alot of fines coming from Adult sides (£85). All of these must be repaid.

FDC Presentation will cost £50, this to be refunded once we book our 2011/12 training block - see below.

Subs for 2011/12 will be cheque only and must be accompanied by registration form, name of player/age group to be written on reverse of cheque.

5. Web/Press

Thanks to those regular contributors to the website, notably Richard Bradley, Dave Canham, Tim Stevens, Jamie Smith, Gary Cooper and Paul Stubbs. All news welcomed including any funnies or non football team related events etc.

Newsletter info has been very poor of late. Please forward photos of teams, especially younger age groups. Match info, reports etc. All info to Tim.

6. Coaching Dev

Various initiatives going on at the moment re 'The Future Game'. Possible workshop in the offing, watch this space.

Teams:
Under 6's -
Will run u6 and u7's next season as nobody yet stepped in for u7 (this will be welcomed). John advised Paul is doing a fantastic job for the club in this important position.
Booked in for two summer tournaments. Really please both age groups will be incl. in presentation.

Under 7's -
Steve prepared to help out u6's if needed next season. Johnny Adams in process of having his level 1 FA badge sorted by club.
Festival of football event was a success, 2 teams entered.
16 players on board. Various fundraising events in hand. Fayre in July will feature team.

Under 8's -
Very good season, won every game so far. Couple of friendlies booked for close season and number of tournaments planned. Might lose a couple of players to NCFC academy.

Under 9's -
23 wins in league and cup and managed to beat Drayton in final. Could also lose a couple of players this season to NCFC academy.

Under 10's -
Lakeford game recently went really well.
Few off pitch issues which appear to be in process of resolution.
Thanks to Adrian Westrup for his help, he has recently resigned from his position within the coaching team.
FA Soccer workshop planned for parents.
Training sessions a joy.

Under 11'sa -
Doing well, lost 1 game all season in league, this to champions. Knocked out in cup semis.
13 players. Girl in team who may be lost next season, awaiting outcome of FA ruling.
Hoping to have 15 players next season.

Under 11s'b -
Season has tailed off a little due to injuries to two key players. Nonetheless mid table finish likely. Looking to attract some new players for next season. Not far away.

Under 12's -
4th in league. Finished season with a great 9-4 win after being 4 down at half time.
2 new players, all going well.

Under 13'sa -
First 4 games to season were poor, however since then no looking back. Unbeaten since. Won last game of season 2-0 to win the league.
Number of new players interested in joining.
Cambridge Academy want a game against us August as pre season event.

Under 13'sb -
Vince struggling for players. Looking to recruit. ACTION
Won league

Under 14'sa -
Team on verge of folding when Paul took over. Forfeited games and deducted 3 point by league. Managed to get 11 steady players and improve togetherness within the team. All now much rosier.
Won last game 9-1.

Under 14'sb -
Ray not present. Finished 6th. Lost in cup semis 7-1 to East Coast Warriors.
Shortage of players - recruitment needed. ACTION

Under 15's -
Finished 3rd in league.
Played a game against Histon academy. Might lose some players, however looking to gain others.
Holland trip imminent.

Ladies -
1 game left.
11's hoping to stay in same league next season.
Asst manager looking after the 7's squad.
Struggling for players for both squads.
Hoping next season should be more settled now management changes behind them.

Adults Sat -
Ray advised team finished 2nd in league but struggling for players. Several needed. ACTION

Adults Sun -
Also struggling for players as per above. Started season well but drifted to 2nd bottom in the league. Ian Sycamore will continue to run the team next season.
Number of fines coming in.

Veterans -
Struggling for players too. This season written off with injuries causing major problems and lack of players.
