Important Coaching Audit

Coaching Audit :–

Fao: ALL Coaches and Assistant Coaches,

Hi all, Over the past few months we have had an influx of new coaches and assistant coaches into the club. I therefore need to update the information we hold, for a number of reasons that I will outline below. The info needed by the end of June is:

-Name, email address and mobile phone number

-Level of coaching qualifications held – eg Level 2, Level 1 Goalkeeping, Youth Module 1, etc – if you are unqualified I will also need to know!

-Expiry dates of current FA child protection and first aid certificates, or again if you don’t hold certificates with the FA for these.

-Whether or not you have completed a CRB check with Taverham FC, and if so when

-Whether or not you are a member of either FACA or the Norfolk County Coaches Association

-Details of any coaching courses you wish to attend in the future (we may be able to get discounts or bursaries even if we can’t fund all of these ourselves!)

Going forward, please can you also use this new email address for any future correspondence relating to coaching matters / queries etc. The info is needed so that:

-I can prioritise the booking of club-funded coaching courses next season

-We can organise appropriate club-wide courses to help keep your first aid and child protection certification valid – a number of first aid certificates are due for renewal soon, and we need to identify who needs to re-attend a course that is likely to happen in July 2011.

-We can provide accurate information to Norfolk FA, which is needed to support our chartered standard status

-We can try to organise a coach development / education programme with Norfolk FA that is relevant to your needs and wishes – eg the new youth module courses.
