With the assistance of Norfolk County FA, we have updated all club policies relating to the welfare and protection of our players, parents and coaches.
Taverham FC takes the welfare of players seriously and will treat any reports or concerns in the utmost confidence.
Our policies are listed below. These are free to download, print and forward to fellow players and parents.
Reporting Procedure:
(i) - For minor incidents please discuss with your team manager/coach at the earliest opportunity. We recommend you record the time and date and outcome of these discussions.
(ii)- For more serious incidents, issues relating to your team manager/coach or where you are unhappy with the outcome of (i) above please contact our Club Welfare Officer (CWO) Kevin Robinson at the earliest oppotunity. Please record the time, date and outcome of these discussions.
(iii)-Should you be unhappy with the outcome/progress of discussions from (ii) above please contact the Norfolk County FA Welfare Officer, Raffi Coverdale. Please record the time, date and outcome of these discussions.
